What is an OPF and when does it clog?
The petrol particulate filter sits in the exhaust system of modern petrol cars and traps soot. Lots of short trips and stop-and-go traffic can stop the filter from burning off enough, so it clogs. Typical results are loss of power, a lit engine warning light and higher fuel consumption.
